Enforcement Measures 8
Auction and sale. After sealing up or seizing the property of a party against whom enforcement is sought, the enforcement officer shall order the party to perform his obligations specified in the legal document within a specified time period. Where the party against whom enforcement is sought fails to perform within the specified time period, the people's court shall sell the sealed or seized property by auction, or sell the property on consignment or on its own if it is not suitable for auction or both parties agree not to sell it by auction. Articles prohibited by the State from free trading shall be delivered and sold to the entities at the prices as specified by the State.
